Knowledge or Wisdom: If you’ve received great education or life lessons, sharing that knowledge through teaching, mentoring, or simply offering advice can be a powerful way to give back. Cascade Guruji’s knowledge that you imbibed.

Vision
At Smatra, our vision is to continue Guruji's teachings by imparting the knowledge of yoga to our students. For us, our Yogshala is a little temple where we strive to instill and share what we have learned from our Guruji.
Mission
Our Yogshala's mission is to give back to our Guruji what we have recieved from him unconditionally - to teach yoga as taught by him in the purest form of Iyengar Yoga traditions, ensuring that we follow the tents of his teaching and practice.
